Purpose of this paper is provide the scenario of price discrimination in the service marketing. This scenario will help the marketer to design surely when and where price discrimination will be used. The scenario of price discrimination show in the matematic model by involve the service internal factors (SIF) and external/environmental factor (EEF). That factorcs comprise six attribute that effect the price discrimination, i.e: criticality of service, customizations of service, demand fluctuations, service characteristics, nature of market served, and degree of competition. The result of this model be expected to help marketer to design the appropriate price discrimination of service marketing by consider the external/environment and internal factor. |
