The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of budgeting participation, organization commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance. Sample in this research were Government Banks and Private Banks at Bandung City. This research had given to 200 respondents. This research used questionnaire which given to employee of Government Banks and Private Banks at Bandung City. The instrument of this research adopted from Asriningati (2006) and Safitri (2006). Data analysis in this research used multiple regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 11.5 version. The result showed that budgeting participation, organization commitment both impact significantly on job satisfaction and employee performance. On the other hand, there was no impact significantly between budgeting participation and organization commitment on employee performance. |
