Organizational change has given a direction for the training development and to the organization theory, in which the corporate success attribute lies on the ability to strategic change. A transformational leader can produce a more effective performance. A transformational leader is specifically described as some one who can stimulate his or her subordinates to change their motivation, faith, values and capabilities, so that their personal interest and goals can be in accordance to their organizational vision. This paper aims to show the need of a proactive leader in an transformational organization to cope with the environmental change. Executives have to mere adaptable as agents of change who need to have an ability to detect a early warning signals that signify their corporate survival. Therefore, a leader needs to be proactive in leading the change and learning process in his or her organization. |
