Business Growth, now a lot of system implementation have enterprise resource planning (ERP). Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) act as the backbone pass by quickly the company function integrating and automatization of many internal process and information system in function produce the logistics, distribution, accountancy, finance and human resource company. Failure of Implementation ERP caused by the problem of culture in company opposing the intention of engineering process. Benefit ERP, that is quality and efficiency, decreasing cost, decision supporter, and company mobility. Risk of implementation ERP which not true is trouble in business, so that will kill the company, natural big loss in mistake apply the ERP at the time of business process is earnings loss, profit, and market compartment. The root cause failure of is project of ERP is because all manager of business and expert TI from company look down to the planning complication, development, and training required to face the new system ERP. |
