Abstract

In a fierce competitive environment, business enterprises are supposed to be innovative. Innovativeness has been recognized as a very mportant factor in the industrial competition and it is a strong weapon to fight in the competition arena. In addition, innovation is a key factor for the companies to succeed. It reflects the importance of innovation for organizations in the business environment today. In the operation concept, innovational strategy will help organizations to operate in the level of competitiveness based on non price factors competition such as quality, delivery, reliability, and responsiveness. In particular, innovation includes process of creation, product improvement and extention, producto process, and technology. Innovetive strategic dimensions consist of leadership orientation, process innovation, product innovation, and innovational implementation.
