An environmental of dynamic emulation in this time represents the market which always changing continuously. Change that happens in this time does not in annual period, but quicker even. In facing the environmental change, company has to own the strategy, so that adaptable company. Company needs the strategy not just to live on, but can win the emulation. Emulation paradigm in a very competitive and dynamic environment, required a company for the agile of manufacturing. This article needs to identify the activator agility and its growth, core concept and applied model of agile manufacturing. Conditions for the attainment of efficacy of agile manufacturing, for example are the importance of governmental regulation change, business cooperation, e-commerce, re-engineering, and employees flexibility. Besides it also needs a proactive innovation, quality, and profitability; and also a fast, fluid, and flexible change of situation; by keeping a balance of strength of 16 dimension of wheel agile. |
