Abstract

The objective of this research are to examine main effect of Affiliation Motivation (AM), Perceived Network Externalities (PNE) on Intention (Behavior intention) to continue using IM, also mediate effect through Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Enjoyment ( PENJ) Survey was conducted using user of Internet Instant Message (IM) which has been using IM minimumly 6 months as respondens.They are also internet cafeconsumers.Educational background for respondens are minimumly or equally to highschool .They were only 251 respondens among 300 quesionaires which can be used as saples. The SmartPLS analyis indicate that all hyphothezis which proposed in models can be supported.The result shows that AM has a positive effect on Intention (BE) to continue using IM also mediated through Perceived Enjoyment (PENJ).,,,
